Questions & Care Instructions

Materials used

Where do the plants come from?

I'm gradually trying to grow more and more plants in my own garden . These include forget-me-nots, pansies, heather, roses of various colors, sweet alyssum, daisies, hydrangeas, and others.

I find some flowers like wild carrot, spirea and cranesbill during walks in Heringsdorf .

However, I also buy many plants.

Where do the shells and amber come from?

I collect shells and amber exclusively in the Imperial Spas , preferably in Heringsdorf. I do not purchase these materials elsewhere. Therefore, I can guarantee 100% that the amber is genuine.

Where does sea glass come from?

In the beginning, I went to the beach regularly, sometimes daily, to collect sea glass. Since many people are now collecting it, it's becoming increasingly rare to find it on the beach. Furthermore, the fine sand in our beach doesn't polish the sea glass very well.

Therefore, I now mostly buy sea glass from other collectors. It comes from places including France, England, Scotland, and Japan.

What is the jewelry made of?

You can always find information about the materials used in the product description.

Stainless steel & surgical steel

I strive to use the most allergy-friendly materials possible for my jewelry. Therefore, the majority of my pieces are now made of surgical steel and stainless steel .

Although stainless steel is often described as nickel-free, it always contains some traces.

Surgical steel, on the other hand, does not release nickel. Many customers tell me it's very well tolerated.

Should you respond to the jewelry despite everything, I would be very happy to receive your feedback!

Brass

Although I always prefer stainless steel, some designs, especially detailed ones, can only be made from brass.

However, I try to offer brass components and pendants only with durable coatings. These are usually 18K gold-plated or platinum-plated coatings.

Gold Filled

Gold-filled jewelry consists of a thick, mechanically rolled layer of real gold. Beneath the gold layer is a brass core. This makes it significantly more durable and abrasion-resistant than standard gold plating, making it ideal for everyday wear. It is also hypoallergenic and retains its shine for many years.

UV resin

I cast the natural materials in resin, which then hardens under UV light. Once hardened, it is harmless and used in many everyday products.

The UV resin I use is crystal clear and resistant to yellowing. Unfortunately, bubbles can still sometimes form during the process.

Care instructions
  • Do not wear the jewelry while sleeping, playing sports, showering, or washing your hands.
  • Store the jewelry in a dry place, for example in a box or a cloth bag.
  • Do not expose your jewelry to direct sunlight for too long.
  • Clean or polish the jewelry with a soft cloth if necessary. Do not use harsh chemicals or sharp objects.

Packaging & Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.50 .

Shipping to other EU countries costs €5 .

I usually use large letter boxes, which also fit in mailboxes. Orders are shipped insured and with tracking.

How is the jewelry packaged?

I usually send the jewelry on jewelry cards in an organza bag. That way you can give it as a gift right away.

If you'd prefer something more elegant, you can also order a jewelry box .

Do you have a shop or can one see your jewelry in person?

I currently do not have my own business, but I would be delighted to cooperate within the Imperial Spas region!

I can regularly be found at local markets. You can find the dates here .
